I consider this image an invocation of hope, a reminder that everyone and everything is connected...a tangible prayer for peace. Whatever we do to lift our spirits and others effects the entire collective unconscious on the invisible, energetic plane. It may mean something very different to you! The original collagraph image was created using tile adhesive and honey mushroom rhizomorphs on a 12”x12” board, Printed with oil based ink and viscosity roll. I then layered and digitally manipulated the image.
